'Doubt kills more dreams
than failure ever will'
So it's no secret that I have always wanted to be my own boss, run my own website and be happy and confident in my career. Unfortunately my lack of self-confidence and belief in myself has always stopped me around 1-2 months in, way before I've given myself a chance for the business to lift off the ground.
This year I promised myself that I would really try to push past this and give it my all and just do it for me! So far it's just the idea, lots of research and a very quick mock-up, but I've slowly started to make progress on something that I've been thinking about doing for a long time and started putting things into practise. There's no saying this product will be live any time soon as this time around I really want to take my time with it, perfect it, and make sure I am 100% happy before sharing it with the world.
I guess just wanted to publish this post, mainly for my own benefit but for any of you out there who may be feeling the same. I have tried so many times to start up my own website in womenswear and baby/toddler clothing, but one thing is for sure, I've never given up, and neither should you. 2017 is all about finally putting yourself first and giving something different and a little scary a go, for a change.
It's never too late to start a fresh no matter how old you are or where you are in life. A simple idea could change your whole life for the better. I've come to realise that just overcoming the fear of failing is the first step towards your dreams, once you push past that you'll be away, and I'll be joining you as I'm certainly not there yet, but I will be.

Theses photos were recently taken on a lovely, little venture to Bishops Waltham with my lovely friend, and fellow blogger, Vickie, from Home-made Hampshire. I've not been there in about two years and Vickie had never been so it was lovely to have a mooch around scoping out all of the prettiest houses, of course!
