Results with Lucy


Hello lovelies,

Life has been a little hectic, to say the least, and I have been struggling to decide how to fill you all in. But I thought the only way to do it is to just go for it and take different aspects of my life one post at a time, rather than overwhelming you all in one post.

A week ago I joined Results with Lucy after much deliberation, and waiting patiently for pay day to finally come, I bit the bullet and joined. I am so in awe of Lucy Meck's body since she strutted her stuff in a white bathing suit in this years episode of 'The only way is Marbs'. She looked absolutely phenomenal! She looks toned, fit and healthy and she claims that the exercise has made her feel more positive and even given her more energy, with the right diet too of course, and I want that!

It may sound silly to some, but since I turned 22 I have really noticed a difference within my body and feel as though I have to work a bit harder now, and that is where Results with Lucy comes in. I do not want to loose weight, juts to be clear on that, I simply want to feel toned and hopefully give myself more energy as I have a pretty busy lifestyle. And I have to say, so far so good! I knew Results with Lucy would be good as I done my research and saw such amazing feedback and 'real results' images from people that have joined, but I didn't realise just how good and motivating it would be! Each video is between 5-10 minutes long, but you can do the video's 2-3 times over, and they work you so hard. Each time I do it I come away sweating and to me that's how you know you've had a good work out!

As I said, I started it last Friday and aimed to exercise each day, however I didn't manage to exercise Tuesday to Thursday so yesterday (Friday) I worked myself 4 times as hard to make up for the days I had missed and I felt amazing afterwards! Especially after doing the dance routines ;) And that is the great thing about Results with Lucy, you can work whatever part of your body you like or all at the same time, and if you're feeling you need a bit more of a boost then do the dance routines! They are so much fun!

Results with Lucy is £12 a month to get access to the video's, or £12.99 for the video's and articles. There is also an option to follow Lucy's diet, however that is £30 for 30 days, which was a bit steep for me right now, but I am happy with the video's and articles to help me get into 'working out' for now :)
